Proceeds from the Auction will be donated to The Big Heart Foundation, a UAE-based humanitarian organization dedicated to protecting and empowering vulnerable children and families worldwide, alleviating suffering and improving lives worldwide through the passion and leadership of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher Bint Mohammed Al Qasimi. Through education, healthcare, and social empowerment initiatives, the foundation seeks to build a more equitable and compassionate world. Details can be found here.

Will 100% of proceeds be donated?
All proceeds, after any applicable costs, will be given directly to the charitable organisations as outlined in the auction agreement.

How will Asprey handle and transfer the funds?
Asprey will manage and ensure timely transfer of all applicable funds to The Big Heart Foundation.

Are there administrative or transaction fees?
No. All fees are included in the final sale price. There are no additional charges deducted from the donation.

How does the bidding process work?

Placing a Bid:
Customers can place bids on auction items directly through our website. Throughout the event, Bobby Gill and the Asprey team will be available to assist with any online bidding needs. All bids must be submitted via the designated auction product page. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item should you be the winning bidder. 

Bidding Process:
Bids must meet or exceed the minimum bid increment set for each item. All bids are binding. The highest bid at the close of the auction will be deemed the winner.

Is there a buyer’s premium or additional fees?
No, there are no additional fees or buyer’s premium.

Bidding Process

  • Bidding is only available to registered users.
  • Each bid is a binding offer to purchase the item at the indicated amount.
  • Bidding increments are predetermined and bids cannot be retracted.
  • In the case of identical bids, Asprey will determine the winner based on a pre-defined tie-breaking method.

How do I place a bid?
You can place your bid directly on our Auction website.

Is there a minimum bid or reserve price?
Yes, each item has minimum or reserve price.

Can I cancel or change a bid?
No. All bids are final once placed.

What happens if I’m outbid?
You will be notified via email and the website.

Will I be notified if I win or lose?
Yes, winning and losing bidders will be notified by email from Bobby Gill and via the Website’s notification system.

Winning & Payment

What currency is accepted?
All bids and payments must be made in GBP (£).

When will I know if I’ve won?
The highest bid at the close of the auction is the winner. Winners will receive a confirmation email from Bobby Gill from Asprey London, 36 Bruton St, London W1J 6QX.

 How do I pay for my item?
Winners will receive a payment link or bank transfer details via email.

Which payment methods are accepted?
Payment link (credit/debit card) or bank transfer.

When is payment due?
Payment must be completed within 7 days of auction close.

What happens if I don’t pay?
If payment is not received within 7 days, the item will be offered to the next highest bidder. Additional fees may apply for late payment.

Item Authenticity & Condition

Are the items authenticated?
Yes, all auction items are authenticated by Asprey.

Cancellations, Withdrawals & Force Majeure

What happens if the auction is cancelled due to external events?
Asprey will manually coordinate with donors and bidders to support the intended donations and communication.

Can I withdraw as a winning bidder in exceptional cases?

Are UK bidders eligible for Gift Aid?
